Next Saturday January 28 at 11AM, on the one-year anniversary of the Truckers and Freedom Convoy, we will be visiting the Eternal Flame at Parliament Hill to pray and give thanks to God for the Truckers — for their courage and witness to freedom of conscience and human dignity. We will be there praying the Rosary for the Truckers, for the Vaxx-injured, and for courage of our spiritual leaders to wake up to confront the menace bearing down on us.
When all of our institutions and most of our spiritual leaders failed us miserably, humble truckers stood up and were counted. if you’ve been following the health catastrophe as caused by these vaccines over the past several months and years now, the Truckers’ witness becomes even more significant and inspiring. They paid a heavy price for their courage, but because of them we were able to draw hope and encouragement to push back, if only for a time, the face of this totalitarian nightmare which is not letting up one bit. Looking back, I don’t think I ever felt as proud to be Canadian in my life that those memorable three weeks, and I was also particularly inspired by fellow Catholics who also answered the bell when it was rung.
The Truckers and all real Canadians opposed this totalitarian clique which has not only not given up its dream of a biomedical state, but they are seeking to widen their tentacles on a much wider prize…which brings me to the next point.
This battle has been, from the beginning, a spiritual battle where a fake “Eucharist” has been imposed on society. This particular eucharist, with its shame of forced communion and loss of human dignity, did not inspire humility but rather pride. The pride of refusing to admit that “science” wasn’t mankind’s “God” after all. And this pride floweth over, such that even the mass death and injuries we have seen and which will only increase, have no effect on the hearts of those who are closed to the truth of what has happened. Their eyes and hearts tell them the truth, but their gods say something else. So they believe Big Pharma, its organs in government and the media, but in so doing, they exchanged the truth for a lie.
For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools. (Romans 1:21-22)
